We are seeking a high performance, self-motivated, experienced retail professional looking for an opportunity to help drive our business as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to identify the customers’ business needs and then communicate the proper value proposition by matching First Insight’s capabilities to those needs. The candidate will be responsible for all phases of our post- sales process, including identifying customer objectives, mapping First Insight capabilities to these objectives, customer training, implementation and support. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in pre-sales activities including meetings to understand customer requirements and solution positioning to solve those requirements. This dynamic individual will be a key member of the organization and will report directly to the Vice President of Account Management. Salary is negotiable and is directly dependent on experience and ability to deliver.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer activities which includes demonstrating and running the First Insight solution, customer support, customer satisfaction, scheduling of training sessions, and scheduling and executing of executive level quarterly reviews.
